I stayed in a Standard Twin Room with a newly renovated en-suite bathroom and appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities. The 24-hour reception made check-in and check-out hassle-free, and it was so easy to grab snacks from nearby Woolworths and Coles. The attached Uncles Tavern was perfect for a casual meal and an icy cold beer after a long day of sightseeing.
Noise could be bothersome.

The gardens and views surrounding the hotel are simply lovely, adding a serene touch to my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, promptly addressing my requests and making me feel welcome. Plus, the restaurant served delightful fish dishes at excellent prices!
The property could use some updates.

the so-called 'upgraded' room was filthy and eternally noisy, no charm here. i guess the bar downstairs likes to keep you company all night. with my unparalleled expectations, i half-expected a complimentary gesture to ease my suffering—was that too much to ask? i enjoy being treated like royalty, yet was treated like a regular guest.

Chur, the location was choice, right in the centre! But the shower was filthy, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Bit of a letdown, eh?

central, central, central
The central location made exploring local attractions incredibly easy. I stayed in a Standard Twin Room, which offered a wonderful blend of comfort and space. Dining was a delight with the on-site cafe providing excellent meals at reasonable prices, perfect for a busy day of adventures.
strongly recommend 😊❤️

The place is right in the heart of town, making it super easy to stroll to Todd Mall and nearby shops. The rooms are spacious and packed with essentials like coffee-making facilities, and a nice spa bath in the bathroom isn't too shabby either.
The older rooms could use some serious updates—cracked surfaces and furniture that’s seen better days. Noise is a real bother too, especially if you're near the bar. you'll get the lively chatter right outside your door. Laundry facilities leave a bit to be desired with malfunctioning machines hanging around for ages. And security feels a bit overdone with a gated entry and metal shutters. a little unsettling to witness.

We had a blast during our trip! Exploring the stunning Larapinta trail and catching a free concert at Anzac Oval was unforgettable. The rooms were comfy, and the location is super convenient. Just a heads up, they have a good restaurant and coffee shop nearby too, perfect for fueling up after adventures.
We faced a bit of a hassle with double payment on our cards, but the staff sorted it out eventually. Just keep an eye on your transactions.

perfect place to unwind after adventures, try uncle's tavern for great meal options
The hotel enjoys a perfect location, within walking distance of eateries and shops. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, but noise from the bar below might disturb light sleepers.
